Rising from humble beginnings, Atlanta, Georgia natives Keith and Mike entered each other's lives over 20 years ago while attending Emory University, where their vision and professional dreams flourished. Their humble beginnings instilled in them a sense of responsibility to their communities and taught them the importance and value of a strong work ethic.

From crewing a mobile truck selling fried chicken wings to bagging groceries, and later, graduating from graduate school and becoming, respectively, an attorney and investment banker by day, this humbleness is woven into every fiber of their work and mission. This awareness and these experiences inspire them to approach investment banking differently than their competitors. As first-generation college graduates, they have seen and experienced firsthand what investing in others, regardless of their story, can do for one's future.

After leading their first company to become the largest player in its space and creating more than nine figures of equity value for their investors over the last decade, Keith and Mike launched Lullwater to embody their philosophy of investing from an operator’s mentality and focusing on building enduring partnerships.
